為提高醫(yī)藥化工、新能源、食品等生產(chǎn)過程稱配料系統(tǒng)的自動化程度,密朗開發(fā)出全自動化稱配料系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)上層ERP或MES,SCADA系統(tǒng)指令,自動完成物料的下料稱重功能,通過系統(tǒng)即定的移動料桶,實現(xiàn)自動接料過程,系統(tǒng)配套平臺計量秤使用,做到遠程操控,人員僅需輔助操作。將大大提高生產(chǎn)效率,提高精準度,防止人為誤操作可能。
系統(tǒng)描述:
1、本系統(tǒng)為自動配料系統(tǒng),人員僅需在電腦操作端進行遠程操控,*初根據(jù)醫(yī)藥化工劑型設定配料配方 ,AGV轉運車將根據(jù)系統(tǒng)設定,自動到相應物料儲罐進行自動對接,人員僅需監(jiān)控配料過程。
2、系統(tǒng)設定自動條碼掃描識別,已加強計算機遠程監(jiān)控,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)化操作;
3、設定料桶將進行自動移動定位,在現(xiàn)場設有限位裝置,確保對接的平穩(wěn)性;
4、同步完成大料、小料的自動配料 ;
5、終端操控軟件,將數(shù)據(jù)自動記錄,實現(xiàn)可追溯,可控性強。
In order to improve the

system. The system can automatically complete the material weighing and weighing

System Specification:
1. The system is an automatic

need to monitor the batching process.
2. The system sets automatic bar
code scanning and recognition, and has strengthened computer remote monitoring
to realize systematic operation;
3. Set the bucket to be
automatically moved and positioned, and set a limit device on the site to ensure
the smoothness of the docking;
4. Synchronize the automatic
batching of large and small materials;
